Under applicable legislation, you may initiate the ARCO Rights protection procedure before Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), within 15 (fifteen) days of the date Egregie responds to your request and that response is unsatisfactory, or if Egregie does not respond to your request once the aforementioned deadline has elapsed.
In any case, if you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, or that there has been any violation of the provisions set out in the Law, you may file the corresponding complaint or report with INAI.
